ArcVoltix ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or our client portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to inquiries and deliver our services:

• Contact details you submit through the quote form or email: name, email address, company, and phone number (optional).
• Project information you share with us: project description, technical requirements, files you upload, and any notes you provide.
• Meeting information when you schedule a discovery call: date, time, and time zone.
• Account information if you sign in to the client portal: email address and authentication identifiers from Google sign-in or magic-link sign-in.
• Usage data collected automatically: IP address, user agent, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP. We use this to operate the site, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

How we use your information

• To prepare and send you a quote.
• To deliver the engineering services you engage us for.
• To communicate about your project, schedule, and invoices.
• To operate and secure the website and the client portal.
• To comply with applicable law and protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers we use

We rely on a small set of reputable service providers to run this site and the client portal. Each only receives the information it needs to perform its function:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and private file storage for the client portal.
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery for the website.
• Resend — transactional email (quote confirmations and notifications).
• Google — optional sign-in for the client portal (only if you choose it).

These providers process your information under their own privacy terms, and we take reasonable steps to ensure they meet appropriate security and confidentiality standards.

Confidentiality and NDAs

Project files and communications are treated as confidential. We are happy to sign mutual non-disclosure agreements on request. Sensitive material can be handled from isolated workstations with files removed after project completion.

How we store and protect information

Uploaded files are kept in a private Supabase storage bucket that is accessible only to authorized ArcVoltix personnel and, through the client portal, to the customer they belong to. Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in U.S.-based infrastructure operated by our service providers.

No system is perfectly secure. We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the services and to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Project files are generally retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable retention period afterward, and can be deleted sooner on request.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email us at protocircuitlabs@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time by replying and asking us to stop.

Children

This site and our services are intended for adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

International users

ArcVoltix is based in the United States. If you access this site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will try to notify existing clients by email.
